Before you toss out your Blackberry for tracking ball problems here is a quick fix to help you prolong the life of your phone.
- Gently remove the silver ring around the ball
- Apply a drop of rubbing alcohol to a Q Tip
- Wipe down the ball with the damp Q Tip
- Gently replace the ring around the ball. Ensure the three prongs on the back of the rings match with the slots. Don't jam it in!
